50 Recipes: Pan-Fried Potatoes

Pan Fried Potatoes
Confession: this is not a completely new recipe... BUT! this is the first time I a using bacon grease to fry the potatoes. And let me tell you. What a difference! These potatoes are to DIE for! Just ask the hubs & my brother, they'd tell you the truth. So.Stinkin'.Good.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup bacon grease
Steps:
  • In a frying pan, combine potatoes, garlic, salt, and bacon grease.
  • Fry until potatoes begin to brown
  • Add onion
  • Fry until both potatoes & onions are golden brown
  • & Enjoy!
