Craft Time: Pumpkin Carving

This is our first Halloween as married couple. So we just had to carve a pumpkin! -something I had not done for quite some time. I had almost resorted to not carving pumpkins ever again, and simply make other decorative pumpkins like this & this. But Kam persuaded me otherwise. ...plus with the hurricane, what else did we have to do?

I bought this lovely pumpkin at Wightman's Farm during the YCS field trip last week.

And the final product is.....

SO SCARY!!

Pumpkin Carving Tip:

Use a dry-erase marker to sketch your design.

It will rub off once you are finished cutting.

Much much easier than free-hand!
